If you are a nonpaying suppler user, we may terminate these Terms of Use and your access to the Platform or any part of it at any time without notice.

If you are a paid member user, we may terminate these Terms of Use and your access to the Platform by notice to you if:

    (a) You breach any material term of these Terms of Use; or

    (b) where reasonably necessary to protect Our legitimate commercial interests.

We may take down the Platform or any part of it offline at any time without notice where reasonably necessary to protect Our legitimate commercial interests.

Termination of these Terms of Use and access to the Platform does not affect any accrued rights of either party.

If you are a paid member user and we terminate these Terms of Use and/or your access to the Platform Services, we will refund to you 50% of the value of any whole months remaining from your membership from the date we receive your membership card by post to (PO Box 8208 Warnbro 6169 WA).

If you desire to terminate your use of the Platform, written confirmation (email accepted) of this request will be required. 15. Automatic renewal

Membership fee will be automatically billed to your Credit card unless you opt out at sign up.
